Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview: Digital number reservations are non-physical, delivered instantly. Refunds are limited to specific cases to reduce chargeback risk.

2.1 General Rule All sales are final unless: (a) duplicate charge; (b) payment processing error; (c) we failed to deliver the confirmation; or (d) explicit mistake on our part.

2.2 How to Request a Refund Contact support within 7 calendar days of purchase at info@trokasdelujo.com with order ID and reason. Provide any proof requested.

2.3 Partial Refunds & Replacements We may offer partial refunds or replace the reserved number at our discretion.

2.4 Chargebacks If a chargeback is raised, we will respond with proof of delivery (confirmation email, invoice, transaction ID, IP log). Do not instruct customers to open chargebacks before contacting support.

2.5 Processing Time Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
